ALMATEC air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps
Since its foundation in 1984 ALMATEC has established its reputation in the field of pneumatic diaphragm pumps worldwide due to superior product quality and many trend-setting developments. The special design of the pumps has immediately become the ALMATEC trademark. So far 150,000 pumps have been produced and delivered all over the world. Today, ALMATEC offers one of the largest production programs of air-operated double diaphragm pumps in the world.
In 1992, the expanding company moved to a spacious new complex in Kamp-Lintfort, Germany, with 2,200 m² of production and office space.
At the end of 2004, the DOVER Corporation, based in USA, acquired ALMATEC Maschinenbau GmbH.
In 2006, ALMATEC took over distribution of the complete WILDEN pump line in Germany. The different focus areas concerning pump material, pump sizes and applications made it an ideal addition to the ALMATEC pump program.
In April 2008, the Pump Solutions Group (PSG) was founded. PSG joins all of the Dover Corporation's pump manufacturers, all of them leaders in their respective industries, under one roof.
The ALMATEC production area was extended by a new production hall with a size of 1,000 m² in July 2008.
