Bolted Plastic Pumps


Wilden® Advanced™ Series Bolted Plastic AODD Pumps for Maximum Performance and Efficiency

The revolutionary Wilden® Advanced™ Series bolted plastic Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps were specifically designed for maximum performance and efficiency. The bolted configuration of these pumps ensures total product containment while the higher flow rates compared to Original Series pumps maximize output and efficiency.

Wilden Original Series plastic pumps are a great choice when chemical compatibility is a factor and the chemicals pumped are not compatible with metal pumps. The Advanced™ Series plastic AODD pumps are offered in polypropylene, PVDF and Teflon® PFA. A variety of options, such as ANSI and DIN flanges and specialized air distribution systems (ADS), are available to meet your specific application requirements.

All Advanced Series Plastic pumps (except for the ½” sized) have flanged connections and they do not fit into clamped pump applications. The 1-inch size can be center port threaded, but the 400, 800, and 1500 plastic are flanged connections only.
