Novatech Co., Ltd. was founded on 16 December 1992. A starting registered capital of 5 million Baht. The company started operation as sales representative of WILDEN Air Operated Diaphragm Pump with the largest market share in Thailand which it has maintained until now. Later on the ompany took on sales and maintenance service business for IKARUS buses from Hungary and in 1995, 50 18-meter air-onditioned trailer buses were sold to BMTA with 10 years maintenance contract.

The Company later became sales representative of IVECO buses and trucks with the scope of services covering servicing engine and body parts. At the same time the Company had also started vehicle inspection and maintenance services for aircraft refueling, servicing PTT vehicles under a Contingency Contract arrangement.

Current activities:

In 2000, the Company started new facilities for full-scope aircraft refueling services including design, manufacturing, repair, and upgrade of aircraft refueling trucks. This has been extended to airport runway and road sweeper trucks, pit-cleaning vehicles, etc.

In 2006, the Company jointly established ASIG (THAILAND) with ASIG to provide aircraft refueling services at Suvarnabhumi Airport under a 20 year concession from Airports of Thailand (AOT).

Novatech has a registered capital of 69 million baht at present.
